Refund policy

  1. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
  2. If you are unhappy with any purchase (not including final sale and/or discounted sale items) you have made on the Rangeela website, we would be happy for you to return the product back to us.
  3. To return the product, you must inform Rangeela within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may do this by emailing us on rangeelashipping@gmail.com.
  4. The product must then be returned to Rangeela within 15 days at your own cost.
  5. All products that are returned must be returned unused in their original packaging with all relevant price/care tags on the product.
  6. All goods returned will be inspected for usage and any damage by the customer. Returned goods found to be used will not be accepted by Rangeela.
  7. Once a returned product is accepted by us, you will be offered the option of a coupon code with the equivalent store credit for you to use on our website in the future or a refund back to the same account used.
  8. Refunds can take between 5-7 working days to show in your account once initiated. 
  9. The store credit is for the value of the goods returned only. We do not refund the courier and transport charges.
  10. The store credit is valid for a period of 30 days from the day of issue. If not used within 30 days, the store credit will lapse.
  11. Any product bought during a sale or where a discount has been given will be considered as a final sale product and cannot be returned. Exception mentioned in point no.5 of Rangeela return policy for damaged or defective goods.

Return Policy for damaged or defective goods

  1. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must inform Rangeela within 48 hours of receiving the product. You may do this by emailing us on rangeelashipping@gmail.com with proof of the damage.
  2. The product must then be returned to Rangeela within 5 days of receiving it.
  3. All products that are returned must be returned unused in their original packaging with all relevant price/care tags on the product.
  4. All goods returned will be inspected for usage and any damage by the customer. Returned goods found to be used will not be accepted by Rangeela.
  5. Items that are discounted or on sale and are damaged or defective are eligible for return. Please follow the same return procedure mentioned in points 1-4 for returns of any damaged or defective discounted or sale goods.

                           Cancellations

  1. Rangeela will accept changes to an order if it has not been shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  2. Goods that have been shipped from the warehouse cannot be cancelled.
  3. Goods that are ordered with no address and are for a pick up or special delivery where the client is arranging delivery need to be picked up/ dispatched from the Rangeela warehouse within 72 hours.
  4. Rangeela does not provide storage facilities for goods not picked up or dispatched in case of special arrangements being made by the client. In this case, we take no responsibility for sold goods past 7 working days of the goods being with Rangeela.
